1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver throughout the Republic of Ireland.

If you require delivery outside Ireland, please contact us before placing your order to discuss availability and shipping costs.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders received after business hours, at weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We aim to dispatch in-stock items as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Times

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

5. Large or Bulky Items

Many of our disability bathroom products, including shower seats, grab rails, shower chairs, and other mobility equipment, may require specialist courier services due to their size or weight.

Delivery for larger items may take longer than standard parcels.

Where necessary, we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

6. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure that:

  • The delivery address provided is accurate and complete.
  • Someone is available to receive the delivery where required.
  • Access to the delivery location is suitable for the size of the items ordered.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a failed delivery is caused by incorrect address details or if re-delivery is required.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

If the packaging appears damaged, please:

  • Note the damage with the delivery driver where possible.
  • Take photographs of the packaging and products.
  • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

8. Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us promptly.

We will work with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Where available, tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

11. Split Deliveries

Where an order contains multiple items, products may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or supplier arrangements.

There will be no additional shipping charge for split deliveries unless agreed with you in advance.

12. Click & Collect

At present, Everflow Products Limited does not offer a Click & Collect service unless otherwise stated on our website.

13. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied during checkout.

14. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery to the delivery address provided.
